Customer service quickstart

Get a working widget talking to your CS domain.

  1. Open the CS console and pick a domain you belong to (an operator must provision the domain first).
  2. In Sites & keys, copy the site appKey and configure the origin allowlist.
  3. Init @starim-io/cs-widget or the CDN script (see Widget). Point apiBase at the brand gateway origin from the console snippet — do not append /api/v1.
  4. Verify with /cs-demo before go-live.
Customer service is gated by the platform feature flag and is not available on every brand deployment. If CS entry points are missing, the flag is off. If the console says there are no domains, your account is not a domain member yet.
